Legal Notice
The Hans Peter Zimmer Foundation is a non-profit foundation under private law established for an indefinite period in accordance with the Foundation Act for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Düsseldorf district government as the supervisory authority runs the Hans Peter Zimmer Foundation under the registration number 21.13-St.1498.
The purpose of the foundation is
the promotion of art and culture
promoting animal protection in the sense of species-appropriate husbandry and improving the conditions for mass animal transport
promotion of welfare.
The foundation is recognized by the Düsseldorf-Mitte tax office as a non-profit corporation (tax number 133/4907/2670) and is exempt from corporation tax in accordance with Section 5, Paragraph 1, No. 9 KStG and trade tax in accordance with Section 3, No. 6 GewStG exempt because it serves exclusively and directly tax-privileged charitable purposes within the meaning of Sections 51ff AO.
