An evening performance by the class of Daniele Buetti
Â
9 December 2015, 7 pm
Entrance free
The series "Laboratory for Criticism and Foresight" closes its second quarter at the end of 2015 with an unusual performance.
A performance in the sense of visual art is neither pre-structured like a drama, a theatre performance or an event. It is an open artistic process in its own time, which takes place as an immediate physical action and presence. Time, space, the body of the artist and a relationship between the artists and the audience also form the four basic elements of "Happy Hour". With their approximately five-hour performance, 15 actors invite the audience to unusual verbal and non-verbal communication in the six rooms of the guest rooms of the Weltkunstzimmer.
What defines and determines moments of happy experience?
Get up close and personal. Experience the art of touch!
Hanna is sitting opposite you. No matter what you do, she mirrors it exactly.
Hyo still has room on her carpet. She drinks tea with you.
Nicolas cuts, shapes, gives it to you.
Kerstin is honest.
If you want to dance with Susanne, she's dying to dance with you.
Miriam gives away personal things.
If you don't understand French, listen carefully to Niklas.
You lie down with Luisa. She massages your face.
René sits on the big sofa. He sings you a love song.
Katharina can flap her nostrils, you should see that.
Roman has the best conversation he has ever had with you.
Vato touches you.
You sit next to Stephanie at just the right distance and are told unforgettable things by her.
Sebastian is not Ovid, but almost.
Manuel breaks his tongue for you.
